Major Arcana- Also known as the trump cards. There are 21 in the 78 tarot deck. Minor Arcana- 56 suit cards in the 78 tarot deck.

The first thing you must do is get a feel for your cards. Open your deck and look at each one of your cards. Let the cards speak to you. Let your mind see what the cards mean to you. Yes you can follow what the paper that comes with it but it is better to get to know your own deck, Now that you have a feeling for it lets talk about how to feel the reading. Clear your mind and let the gods influence you. When i got my first deck my hands instantly started to tingle. That let me know what i was doing was right. After you have gotten your feel for your deck its time to start practicing your readings. Do one for yourself. Ask a question and see what the cards have in store for you. Remember the cards never lie, These lessons will be a 78 day course as i will go through and explain each card to you in detail.

Todays draw & explanation

is the six of swords. Upright: Regretful but necessary transition, rite of passage

Reversed: Cannot move on, carrying baggage

This means to me that if this card is drawn there is something that you need to let go. It means that no matter the situation you are in you must let something go to be happy. It can also mean that you have too much on your plate and that you need to reduce the stress in your life. After the stress and baggage is released you will be on your true path to happiness.
